Yup, even though she clearly needs her walker for court appearances and media interviews, when she's attempting to run from authorities, well, it's obvious it's not a priority. Notice the bald spots? Ms. Gudger did this herself with a razor to make it look like she's receiving Cancer treatments. She told the media and law enforcement that the reason her house was a mess and her animals were sick was because she had hired somebody to take care of everything while she was in Florida receiving treatments for her Terminal Cancer and this mysterious person didn't do what he/she was told. She also claimed during the same interviews that she only had a few months to live. LIES LIES LIES LIES - In 1993 when she was charged with animal cruelty and threatening a Judge, she claimed at that time she had terminal Lung Cancer and walked around with an oxygen tank.

Just like everything else in Ms. Gudger's life, this car has her name written all over it (though we're not sure what name to use considering Ms. Gudger's used so many)...and, the smell? Even with the doors closed and the chilly air, the smell was disgusting. By the way, the insurance on this car? That, too, not surprising, was forged. The driver's license Ms. Gudger was using while driving? That of Anita Gilbert's (very very sad)...And, yes, Ms. Gudger did get a speeding ticket in Kern County and the speeding ticket points went on the deceased Anita Gilbert's driving record.

Cynthia Gudger had PO Boxes set up all over Southern California accomodating what could very well be her stolen identities. According to a former neighbor, Ms. Gudger also stole her health insurance information and began using this insurance for herself. According to this neighbor, Ms. Gudger also obtained prescriptions under this neighbor's name...

Elizabeth Neuffer was the Boston Globe Journalist who lost her life in Iraq on assignment in 2003. Cynthia Gudger had this copy of Ms. Neuffer's driver's license in her possession and it appeared from other documents in Ms. Gudger's possession that she was also collecting over 20,000.00 in Elizabeth Neuffer's social security benefits. Not to leave out the credit cards that were issued to Elizabeth Neuffer that were in Ms. Gudger's possession. We also have documentation that Beverly Hills CPA, Susan Marlowe, used a credit card issued to Elizabeth Neuffer in 2006. Again, Elizabeth Neuffer died in 2003. Finally, while Cynthia Gudger was on the run from Riverside, Kern and the Federal Government in 2008, she rented an apartment in Fillmore, California, under Elizabeth Neuffer's name and social security.

Looks like Cynthia Gudger fooled banks, credit card companies, landlords and many others. She seems to lie better than many tell the truth. Incompetant? Far from it, we say! Cynthia Gudger actually used this particular driver's license copy and changed the name to Mary Barrera and lived in Riverside as Mary Barrera and Barbara Ryan until she was busted and accused of animal abuse back in 2006, according to paperwork we obtained. She took off from Riverside, with the help of Susan Marlowe, before they could officially arrest her.

Statements from Riverside Animal Control officers in court documentation claims the conditions the animals were living in and the conditions of the animals (they didn't have fleas on their bodies they had roaches) were one of the worst conditions they had ever seen. This, however, did not stop Susan Marlowe from helping this convicted animal abuser to continue to abuse animals. According to court documentation and a lawsuit filed by Ms. Marlowe against Riverside, Ms. Marlowe obtained many of these abused animals. Just a few years later, many of these animals were living in a warehouse on Ms. Marlowe's Tehachapi property with the woman who was accused of abusing them and who was a now fugitive from Riverside. Ms. Marlowe's fraudulent activities continued when she actually started a non-profit animal rescue organization for Cynthia Gudger. We will have information on who to write to in an effort to have Ms. Marlowe investigated....
