Animal 'Rescuer', Kimi Peck, files yet another lawsuit. This time it is against one of her Tehachapi neighbors who has complained about Ms. Peck's illegal 'sanctuary' she was operating from her Tehachapi home. This illegal operation has since been forced to close because of Kimi Peck's own negligence; however, according to Ms. Peck, this is just the latest incident that is connected to the conspiracy brought on by her 'volunteer' accountant, Susan Marlowe aka Susan Bolinger's, ex-husband. Not surprising that Charlotte Spadaro did not show up for her own court hearing and she used the same exact excuses as her fellow animal hoarders(Kimi Peck, Cynthia Gudger, Cindy Bemis, Kimberly Maggio et al). The reason she was not able to show up for her own court hearing is because (drum roll) she was in the hospital. She also claims that Animal Control officers told her she did not need to obtain a kennel license. In other words, according to Ms. Spadaro, she does not have to obey the laws like the rest of us. Kimi Peck claimed the same thing. So did Kim Maggio. So did Charlotte Spadaro. So did Cynthia Gudger (and all of Ms. Gudger's aka's)...No word yet if Susan Marlowe is harboring Charlotte Spadaro. Looks like animal hoarder and convicted animal abuser, Cindy Bemis, is still active in the animal rescue community, even though she is on probation for 5 years and not supposed to have contact with animals. It appears as if her 'rescue' organization, ourfriends4ever.com, is advertising puppies for sale in the San Diego area. On the website it states that rescue ourfriends4ever.com is based in Los Angeles County and Kern County. The corporation is listed under Bemis' name!!!!! No word yet if former Animal Control head, Denise Haynes, will have a 'welcome to Kern County' lunch with Ms. Spadaro. As we mentioned, Denise Haynes had lunch with self-proclaimed animal 'rescuer', Kimi Peck, after Kimi Peck was legally forced out of Los Angeles due to many charges and convictions stemming from Peck's 'rescuing' efforts. No word yet if Susan Marlowe, CPA, will finance Ms. Spadaro's Kern County kennel or if Susan Marlowe will start up a non-profit rescue organization for Ms. Spadaro.

Charlotte Spadaro, Esq., former Mayor of Beverly Hills and self proclaimed animal 'rescuer' is a wanted woman in San Bernardino. A warrant was issued for Ms. Spadaro's arrest after she was a no show for her hearing stemming from, you guessed it, animal cruelty. Bail is set at $25,000.00. Ms. Spadaro was also Susan Marlowe's attorney in Riverside County when Susan Marlowe acquired Cynthia Gudger's abused animals in 2006. Even in 2006, Charlotte Spadaro was charged with horrific animal cruelty. Self-proclaimed animal 'rescuers' and animal 'activists' - Susan Marlowe, Charlotte Spadaro, Cynthia Gudger, Kimi Peck, Kim Maggio and Cindy Bemis...BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER!!!!

Susan Marlowe, CPA, is still Chihuahua Rescue aka the Dog Angels 'volunteer' accountant and continues to work hard to make sure people donate to Ms. Peck's non-profit 'rescue' operation located in Kern County, California, though Ms. Marlowe and Ms. Peck continue to claim they are located in Los Angeles county. Ms. Marlowe is very familiar with Kimi Peck's extensive history in criminal courts stemming from Kimi Peck's 'rescuing' in Los Angeles County. This extensive history, however, did not stop Ms. Marlowe from moving Kimi Peck and her over 200 animals onto Marlowe's foreclosed Tehachapi property in June of 2009. Why then would Susan Marlowe file eviction papers against 'rescuer' Kimi Peck? We don't trust anything Susan Marlowe does or Kimi Peck does; however, the way we see this, well, this would be 'Sanctuary' #8 'rescuer' Kimi Peck will be forced to close since 1997 (though it looks like Ms. Marlowe is, in our opinion, scamming the system again because she's giving Ms. Peck six (6) months to relocate...Check out the eviction Susan Marlowe filed against Kimi Peck

We attached the Riverside County Veterinarians report and the on scene animal control officers report regarding Cynthia Gudger's animals (the ones they examined after Gudger's house was raided in Hemit in 2006). This is the same report Susan Marlowe read and this report did not stop Susan Marlowe from not only giving these same animals back to Cynthia Gudger and allowing fugitive Cynthia Gudger to live on Susan Marlowe's property with these animals, this report also did not stop Susan Marlowe from starting up a non-profit animal welfare rescue organization for Cynthia Gudger.
